I hereby authorize Local 881 UFCW to act as my sole bargaining agent and to represent my interest in employment that concerns hours of labor, wage rates, and conditions of employment.
I’m signing this union authorization to stand with my colleagues — and to win a voice for ourselves in the Cannabis Industry. We know that we can’t have a union election until a majority of our co-workers sign this card. Collective bargaining means more rights and more power to shape our lives. Collectively we have more power to negotiate than we have as individuals. No one will pay any dues or fees until WE have democratically approved a contract.
